1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together ketchup, barbecue sauce,
vinegar, Jack Daniels, brown sugar, dijon, worcestershire, onion,
paprika and cayenne pepper until combined completely.
2. Place roast in your slow cooker. Stab nicely with fork so juices
can soak in. Pour sauce mixture over. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
3. Shred with two forks while still warm.
