     Jack Daniels Pulled Pork

Ingredients
2 lb pork loin roast
¼ cup ketchup
½ cup barbecue sauce
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup Jack Daniels
¼ cup brown sugar, lightly packed
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp minced (chopped tiny) onion
 
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cayenne pepper
freshly ground salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together ketchup, barbecue sauce, vinegar, Jack Daniels, brown sugar, dijon, worcestershire, onion, paprika and cayenne pepper until combined completely.
2. Place roast in your slow cooker. Stab nicely with fork so juices can soak in. Pour sauce mixture over. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
3. Shred with two forks while still warm.
