4 lbs. Butt Pork (cook thawed)
|

4 8oz. cans tomato sauce
|
|
3 tsp minced garlic
|
|
2-4 cups brown sugar (depending how sweet you like it, I use 3)
|

4 tsp. cumin
|
|
4 cups Dr. Pepper
|
|
3 tbls Molasses
|
|
1/2 tsp salt
|
|
Pepper to taste
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
In a crock pot add everything but the pork. Mix Well. Add pork roast, cook on low for 12 hours. Check every so often to see if tender.
|
|
|
When roast is falling apart, take it out and cool, remove fat, shred and return to crock pot. Keep warm until you serve it.
