Bake brownies as directed. Let cool. Mix pudding with milk. Gently fold in whipped topping. Core and slice strawberries. In a trifle bowl, layer half the brownies, half the pudding mixture, and half of the strawberries. Repeat layers. Chop candy bars and sprinkle on top.
