Butter two slices of bread, sprinkle with garlic
powder. Put one slice butter side down on a medium
heat skillet or griddle. Cover with pepperoni and
a slice of mozzarella cheese. Put the other slice
of bread on top, butter side up and sprinkle with
a little garlic powder.
