Boil Orzo according to directions on the package (usually 9-10
minutes.) Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter and saute garlic until fragrant about 1
to 2 minutes.
Add cooked orzo, parmesan, milk, salt, pepper, and parsley. Stir
until cheese melts and everything is combined. Taste and adjust
seasonings if needed.
