Brown meat in skillet with garlic and sesame oil. Drain any
excess grease/oil.
Add brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, red peppers, salt and
pepper. Simmer a few minutes to marry the flavors and serve
over rice; top with green onions.
Tip- We like to double the sauce (using 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2
cup soy sauce, 1 tsp ginger, & 1/2 to 1 tsp red pepper flakes
according to the desired amount of heat) and add some steamed
California Vegetables for a more balanced meal.
