     Greek Rubbed Pork Chops

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
4 boneless pork loin chops (about 3/4 inch thick and 4 ounces each)

Instructions
In a large resealable plastic bag, add the pork and the remaining ingredients. Seal the bag and turn to coat the pork chops completely. Chill the pork chops in the bag in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight. Remove the pork chops from the bag and place onto a baking sheet. Discard marinade. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake pork chops in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, depending on thickness, or until a thermometer reads 145. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
