Prepare Sun-Dried Tomatoes-
Place Butter, garlic and onion in a large skillet over medium heat, Sauté until translucent.
Add White Wine, and lemon juice then increase heat to medium heat, simmer and reduce
by half. Reduce heat to low add cold Butter one piece at a time. Add Tomatoes, Basil,
salt and pepper. Stir and set aside
