1. Brown meat and drain. Add to 6-qt crockpot.
2. Add garlic, onion, tomatoes with juice, chili powder, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper, cornmeal, and beef stock. Cover and cook in crockpot for 6 hours on low.
3. Serve in warm bowls and garnish with sour cream, red onion, cheese and/or cilantro.
