     6-Hour Chili

Ingredients
5- pound ground beef
garlic
2 large chopped onions
1 can (28 0zs) chopped tomatoes with juice
8 Tbs. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. oregano
salt & pepper to taste
1/3 cups cornmeal
 
2 cups unsalted beef stock (beef broth w/beef soup base
Sour cream, cheese, cilantro

Instructions
1. Brown meat and drain. Add to 6-qt crockpot. 2. Add garlic, onion, tomatoes with juice, chili powder, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper, cornmeal, and beef stock. Cover and cook in crockpot for 6 hours on low. 3. Serve in warm bowls and garnish with sour cream, red onion, cheese and/or cilantro.
