     Swedish Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
2 Cups quick rolled oats
1/2 Cup flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp.baking powder
2 Cups buttermilk
2 eggs beaten
1/4 Cup melted margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
 
pinch of salt

Instructions
Mix all ingredients listed above. Let batter stand 30-45 minutes before cooking, it will thicken. Do not add liquid. Can be made night before and refrigerated.
