     Chinese Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Wings/Thighs
1 beaten egg
1 cup flour
1 cup butter
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
3 Tablespoons water
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
 

Instructions
Dip chicken in egg, then flour, fry in butter. Put in pan
Mix remaining ingredients for sauce, pour over the chicken
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, spooning sauce over chicken while cooking
Best if you let it set for about 10-15 minutes before serving
Serving Suggestions
Serve over cooked rice
