     Jalapeno Egg Casserole

Ingredients
12 oz. jar of sliced jalapeno peppers, drained
6 or 7 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1lb grated sharp cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Lightly spray a 2 qt oblong Pyrex dish with Pam
Drain a 12 oz jar of jalapeno peppers. Cover the bottom of the dish by placing the sliced peppers side by side.
Cover the peppers with 1 lb. of grated sharp cheddar cheese. Beat 6 or 7 eggs with 1/4 cup milk and slowly pour evenly over top of cheese.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees until top browns, about 35 to 40 minutes. Remove and cool. But into bite size squares
Serving Suggestions
Cut in 1 inch squares.
