1. Pre-heat the oven to 375
2. Rinse potatoes under the sink
3. Using a fork - pierce the potato 2-3 times per side
4. Brush Potato with olive oil - (makes the skin crispy)
5. Sprinkle with salt
6. Place them directly on the middle rack of the oven. I like to place a
foil lined baking sheet underneath just in case anything drips off of the
potatoes.
7. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until a fork is able to pierce the potato
with little resistance
