2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts cut in large chunks (1/4 breast)
˝ onion, chopped
1 28 oz can hunts tomato sauce
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1-2 red and green peppers, sliced
Pinch cayenne
Pinch paprika
rigatoni
Instructions
Brown chicken in 1 T olive oil. Add onion and sauté lightly. Add tomato sauce and spices. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Add pepper slices. Simmer 45 minutes. Serve over rigatoni.

Suggestions
Great with tossed salad, garlic bread, and a Cabernet Sauvignon.
