     Stuffed Italian Shells

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
large pasta shells one box
4 med italian sausages
1 pound ground hamburger
roasted red peppers (optional)
3 garlic cloves
dash of red pepper flakes
1 cup mozzeralla cheese

Instructions
Stuffing- Take the Italian sausage out of the casings. Fry together with the hamburger. Drain.
To the sausage add all the other indredients and combine well.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the stuffed shells. Cook in small batches. Each batch of shells should be cooked until soft enough to stuff but not so soft they fall apart. about 5 minutes or so
in a glass dish pour a thin layer of sauce so the shells do not stick. Remove each shell from the water ensuring no water remains in the shell. Stuff each shell with the sausage mixture. Continue doing this until all shells are stuffed. Cover the shells with a layer of your favorite tomatoe sauce. Cook 350 degree oven about 30. This will depend on how well done the shells were before you stuffed them. You are basically heating the shells through.
