Combine- hash browns, butter, salt, pepper
press mixture onto the bottom and sides
of greased muffin pan
Bake- at 400F for 12 minutes or until lightly
browned
Cook- sausage according to package directions.
Cut into 1/2 inch pieces. Divide sausage
among muffin cups
Combine- eggs, cheese, bell pepper,
spoon over sausage
Bake- 13 - 15 minutes or until set
