     Gazebo Cheese Soup

Ingredients
1/2 stick butter
3 chopped scallions
2 tbsp parsley
8 oz. grated jack cheese
3 stalks chopped celery
dash Tobasco
2 grated carrots
2 - 11 oz. cans chicken broth
3 - 11 oz. cans potato soup
 
8 oz. sour cream
3 tbsp cooking sherry
Instructions
Saute veggies in butter, add chicen brother cover and simmer 30 mintues add everything else and simmer another 15 mintues. Serve!
