     Breakfast Egg Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 2 1/2 C. whole milk
- 10 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 C. grated cheese (I use sharp cheddar)
- 4 C. bread chunks in about 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
 

Instructions
Brown sausage. Beat together eggs, mustard,milk and salt. Stir in sausage and cheese and bread crumbs.
Pour into buttered 9 x 13 pan - Refrigerated overnight
Bake at 350° for 45 - 55 min.
