     Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
12 flour tortillas
3 cups shredded monterey jack or colby cheese
1/4 cup margarine or butter
3/4 cup chopped onions
3 tbsp flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 - 8 oz. sour cream
2 cups diced chicken breast
1 - 4 oz. can chopped green chiles
 

Instructions
In a casserole dish 9 x 13 grease bottom. Take 2 cups of the cheese and place in tortillas and roll up and line the casserole dish. Next take a large skillet and melt butter and saute onions and add flour stirring until smooth. Add broth, cook until thick. Cool, stir in sour cream, add chicken, and chilies then stir together and pur over tortillas. Sprinkle remaining cheese and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
