     Wheat Flour Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup wheat flour
1 tbsp white flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Mix these dry ingredients together (above)
Mix the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl-
 
2 egg whites
3/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
1/4 cup skim milk
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vegetable or canola oil

Instructions
Combine mixed dry ingredients with mixed wet ingredients and let stand for a few minutes while the griddle heats up. Optional add about 1 tbsp of Chia seeds and 1 tbsp of flax seeds. Very very good for you. Sometimes I add walnuts and or blueberries after I've poured batter onto griddle and pancakes start to set. Enjoy!
