Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange asparagus in a single layer on baking sheet (or pizza stone). Coat with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Bake for approx. 12 mintues or until tender.
Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat and cook for 3 mintues or until lightly browned, shaking pan occasionally. Remove from ehat and stir in soy sauce and vinegar.
Drizzle over aspargus, tossing well to coat. Serve immediately. Yield- 8 servings (5 spears each)
