     Roasted Aspargus with Balsamic Browned Butter

Ingredients
40 asparagus spears, trimmed (about 2 lbs.)
cooking spray
1/4 tsp kosher salt (I use sea salt)
1/8 tsp black pepper (I use fresh ground)
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange asparagus in a single layer on baking sheet (or pizza stone). Coat with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Bake for approx. 12 mintues or until tender. Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat and cook for 3 mintues or until lightly browned, shaking pan occasionally. Remove from ehat and stir in soy sauce and vinegar. Drizzle over aspargus, tossing well to coat. Serve immediately. Yield- 8 servings (5 spears each)
