     Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 cup packed fresh parsley
1/2 cup packed fresh cilantro (if you don’t want to use cilantro, just use 1 cup of parsley)
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red or white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
 

Instructions
In a food processor, pulse the parsley, cilantro and garlic until minced. Add the oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper flakes. Puree until blended. You can store chimichurri in the refrigerator up to 1 week. Bring chimichurri to room temperature before serving.
