     BBQ Shredded Beef

Ingredients
3-4 pounds of Pot Roast - large chunks
1 (32oz) bottle of Ketchup
1 quart Ginger Ale
 

Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a heavy roaster uncovered for 5 hours at 325 degrees or longer on a lower temperature.
Shred with fork, allowing juice to absorb.
Serve in buns.
