1 pound of Velveeta Cheese - cut into 1 inch cubes
4 Tablespoons of Flour to thicken soup
Instructions
Boil vegetables for 20 minutes. In a blender, mix milk & chicken
bouillon cubes. Add cubed cheese and milk mixture gradually to
pot. Simmer on a low heat until thick & smooth. Add Salt & Pepper
to taste.
