     Sweet Potatoes Pecan Topped

Ingredients
3 cups cooked Sweet Potatoes - mashed
1 cup Sugar
1/4 cup melted Butter
2 Eggs - well beaten
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/3 cup Evaporated Milk
Topping
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
 
1/4 cup Flour
2 1/2 Tablespoons of melted Butter
1/2 cup Pecan pieces

Instructions
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix the mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla and evaporated milk and place in a 2 quart casserole pan.
In a smaller bowl, combine the topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy.
