Warm tortiall in microwave enough to amke it soft enough to bend.
Put a dollop of queso in the center but be sure to leave a wide edge so you can wrap around it later.
Spoon some taco meat onto the cheese (and beans if wanted).
Place the tostada shell or tortilla chips on top of the meat.
Spoon a dollop of sour cream and spread over the shell
Sprinkle some lettuce and cheese on top (and peppers/tomatos if wanted)
Wrap the edges up toward the center until they close around your filling.
Flip the wrap into a warm nonstick pan with the fold side down
Press down with a spatula to seal the edges and brown.
Flip it over once the edges and sealed and lightly brown and brown the bottom side.
