preheat oven to 400. Combine meat, 2 tsp sesame oil, Panko, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, eggs, 3 tsp minced garlic, and green onions in a large bowl.
Shape into 1 inch balls and bake for 10-12 min. Meatballs are done when no longer pink inside.

Stir together the hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, 2 tsp minced garlic, soy sauce, 1 tsp ground ginger and 1 tsp seasme oil. Pour over warm meatballs and gently stir until covered.
