Ingredients
1/4 cup ground almonds
1.4 cup parmesan cheese (fresh grated)
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1.4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. skim milk
2-1/2 cups sliced (1/4 inch) zucchini
 

Instructions
Set over to 425.
Combine dry ingredients and place in small bowl. Place milk in another small bowl. Dip sliced zucchini first in milk, then in dry ingredients.
Place on rack which has been sprayed with Pam and is in a jelly roll pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 425. They're crispy when done!
