     Creamy White Chicken Chili

Ingredients
12oz (2-3) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 medium white onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp canola oil
2 (15.5oz) cans great northern beans, rinsed & drained
1 (14.5oz) can low sodium chicken broth
2 (4oz) cans diced green chiles
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cumin
 
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne (red) pepper
1 cup (8oz) light sour cream
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (or sub half & half)

Instructions
In a large saucepan, saute the chicken, onion & garlic powder in oil until chicken is no longer pink.
Add beans, broth, chiles & seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in sour cream & cream.
