Ingredients
4 pounds shredded hash browns
8 ounces diced onion
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1 20 ounce can of cream of chicken soup
16 ounces of sour cream
 
Instructions
preheat oven to 350 degrees.
combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir together
spoon in a greased 9 by 13 baking dish and bake for 40 minutes or until top is golden brown.
