     Jack's Beans

Ingredients
1/2 lb diced bacon
4 large onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tbsp. molasses
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
3- 18 oz cans baked beans in molasses
2- 16 oz. cans lima beans, drained
 
2- 15 oz cans butter beans, drained
1- 20 oz can kidney beans, drained

Instructions
In 10 skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until browned. remove bacon, reserve 3 tbsp. drippings. add onions and garlic to drippings and cook 5 minutes. Add brown sugar (to taste), vinegar, molasses, salt, and dry mustard. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Put sugar mixture, beans, and bacon in 4 qt. baking dish and mix gently until combined. Bake uncovered in 350 oven for 1 hour. Stir once and serve.
