     Dave's Ice Cream (Ice cream machine)

Ingredients
8 cups sugar
2 cups instant clear jell
1 tbs salt
2 gallons whole milk
1 quart hanl-and-half
vanilla to taste (about 1/2 cup)
 
Instructions
Mix sugar, clear jell, and salt. Add to milk, half-and-half and vanilla. Pour into ice cream machine
Serving Suggestions
In a cone or bowl with your favorite toppings.
