     Heirloom Tomato/Burrata Salad

Ingredients
2 large heirloom tomatoes, diced
1 ball of burrata cheese
1 large handful fresh basil
2 large spoonfuls balsamic vinegar
2 large spoonfuls olive oil
 
Instructions
Place burrata in center of plate. Toss tomato with basil and surround burrata.
Mix oil and vinegar together and then drizzle over burrata and tomato. Season with sea salt and fresh ground pepper as desired.
Serve with bread or as a side salad.
