1 Large Family size can of Cream of Mushroom Soup (You can't taste or tell there are mushrooms)
1/4 cup A1 Sauce
1 packet of powdered Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Vegatable OIl 1/2 cup
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
In a large pan heat 1/2 cup of vegetable oil. Salt and Pepper roast on all sides. Brown roast quickly on both side. You aren't trying to cook it just browning it to seal in the juices.
place roast into crockpot and pour in the can of soup ( NO WATER) A1 Sauce and Lipton Soup Mix.
No need to mix just pour it in and put crockpot on low with lid and let cook all day.
Serve with mashed potatoes and a salad or vegetable.
