Preheat oven to 325 F. Line a 13 inch x 9inch pan.
Melt chocolate and butter. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in bowl. add eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla using a mixer. ass chocolate. Spoon into prepared pan.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
