Brown sausage/bacon and drain.
|

|
Cube bread and place in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Put sausage/bacon on top of bread.

|
Mix eggs, milk and mustard and salt. Pour on top of bread and sausage. Top with cheese.
|
|
|
Refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (uncovered)
