Ingredients
1 cup light strawberry yogurt
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 med banana
2tbsp sweet n low
2 fat free fig newtons
 

Instructions
put yogurt into blender.then fruit then milk then egg substitute.
pulse for about 2 min
add sweet n low and fig newtons
blend for additional 2 min . serve in frosty glass.
