     Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
10 golden yukon potatoes
2 tsp. minced garlic
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup sour cream
 

Instructions
Boil potatoes in salted water with minced garlic. Drain water, mash the potatoes and add the rest of the ingredients. Eat right away or put in casserole dish for later.
Cook at 325 for 15 minutes if you choose to eat later.
