     Grandma Cookies

Ingredients
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup butter Crisco/shortening
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
4-5 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
 
Instructions
cream sugar and shortening - add eggs and mix well. Add milk and dry ingredients. Drop by teaspoon.
Bake at 375 for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Best frozen and dipped in coffee
