Cook pasta according to package. Combine cracker crumbs, parmesan cheese and oregano in a pie pan. Beat egg white and pour onto another pie pan. Dip chicken in egg white then roll in crumb mixture until evenly coated.

In skillet heat oil and cook chicken on each side until done (165 degree).
|
|
|
Spoon 1 cup of sauce over chicken cover and reduce heat to low, simmer until sauce is hot. Sprinkle with cheese and cover until chesse is melted.

|
|
Drain pasta and toss with remainder sauce cook on medium heat and heated through. Spoon onto serving plate and top with chicken.
