1 to 1-1/2 cups of 100% pure pumpkin (not pie filling)
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. of cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
mini chocolate chips
graham crackers
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin and cream cheese
with electric beater until smooth. Add other
ingredients; beat until combined. Chill for at
least 2 hours before serving. Makes 3-4 cups;
adjust recipe as needed to make more or less.
NOTE- We always have this at Thanksgiving for
people to snack on before dinner is served. We
have graham crackers to spread the dip on and a
bowl of mini chocolate chips to sprinkle on top.

Suggestions
Serve with graham crackers, gingersnap cookies, apples slices, etc.
