     HOT ARTICHOKE DIP

Ingredients
4 medium green onions (1-2 more if you prefer)
1can artichoke hearts (16 oz.) (I prefer two cans)
1/2 cup mayo (regular or lite)
1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese (large shreds)
tortilla chips, crackers or french bread pieces
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Clean, peel and chop onions. Drain the artichoke hearts and chop them into smaller pieces.
Stir all ingredients together (green onions, artichokes, mayo and parmesean cheese) and put into a ungreased 1 quart casserole dish.
Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with crackers for french bread pieces.
