Heat raisins and water together. Blend until smooth in blender with bananas and salt.

Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add raisin mixture. Using plastic gloves, mix well with hands. It should stick together when grabbed by the handful.

Bake on two non-stick cookie sheets in the oven at 300 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 10-15 minutes.

|
Remove from oven. Cool. Mix in 1 cup raisins, 1 cup coconut, 1/2 cup sliced almonds, 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Store in a tight container.
