Prepare brownies according to box instructions. About 8 min before they are done baking, pour marshmallows over the top and finish cooking.
Let cool while you prepare the topping.
For topping, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in microwave safe dish. Microwave 30 sec at a time, stiring and repeating until smooth.
Fold in rice krispies.
Pour topping over brownies and level out.
Allow to cool and firm up at room temp.
