Combine 2 cups of flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Cut in 1/4
cup of Crisco Shortening. Gradually stir in enough water to
make a soft dough. Divide dough into quarters and then into
thirds. Shape each into a smooth ball. With your hands smooth
additional Crisco Shortening over each ball to coat
generously.place balls Ina bowl and cover with a dry cloth. Let
stand at least 15 minutes. Pre-heat comal. Shape each ball
into a flat pattie and sprinkle with flour. Roll each into 8 inch
Roland's and cook.
