Bring sugar, water, lemon juice and Tabasco to a boil. Add
liquid pectin. Let come to a boil for 1 minute. Add food
coloring. Pour into sterilized jars.

Excellent with meat. We serve it slightly melted and poured over a block of cream cheese with crackers. Everyone loves it.
