     Neen's Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
3 cups sugar
3 1/2 cups flour
1 cup oil
3/4 cup orange juice
2 cups mashed pumpkin
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp nutmeg
 
1 T cinnamon
1 cup raisins
1 cup pecans chopped
Instructions
Mix ingredients together in a large bow. Mix well. Base and flour 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350.
Serving Suggestions
Neen used these as gifts at Christmas for all of her friends.
