     Creamy Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients
3/4 cups of raw cashews
1/2 cup water
3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 Tbsp. coconut nectar
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. sea salt
2 tsp. poppy seeds
 
Instructions
1. Combine all of the ingredients except the poppy seeds in a high speed blender.
2. Pour into a large bowl.
3. Stir in poppy seeds.
