     Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. stew meat
2 medium onions
4 carrots
5 potatoes
1 can green beans
1 bay leaf
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
1 pkg. onion soup mix
 
Instructions
1. Brown the meat in a dutch oven.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Mix together.
4. Bake, covered for 5 hours at 275ºF, stirring about every 30 minutes.
