1 head of green cabbage, cored and cut into wedges
Instructions
In crockpot, combine water, vinegar, sugar, pepper and onions, mixing well. Place corned beef into mixture Scatter potatoes over the top and along the sides.
Cover and cook on high heat for 4 hours. Remove lid and scatter cabbage wedges over top. Cover and continue cooking on high 3-4 hours longer, or until beef is tender.
